2 tbsp butter or margarine
¼ cup all purpose flour
3 cups milk
¼ tsp Watkins Himalayan salt
pinch of Wtkins Black Pepper
1 cup of cooked broccoli
¼ cup diced onion
shredded cheddar cheese.


Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Gradually stir in flour and cook 3 minutes. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper. Cut cooked broccoli into smaller pieces. Add broccoli to soup and milk will. Serve garnished with shredded cheddar cheese.

Eat It By The Handful Popcorn

10 cups air popped popcorn
1 cup salted mixed nuts
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place popcorn and mixed nuts in in a 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan.

In a small saucepan, stir together the honey, orange juice, butter, orange rind, and cinnamon until will mixed. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Drizzle the honey mixture oven the popcorn and nuts. Using a wooden spoon, toss until well mixed. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice.

Cool completely. To store, place in a tightly covered container. Make 7 cups.
