1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese 1 can sweetened condensed milk ⅓ cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon Watkins Clear vanilla 3 medium bananas 1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham wafer crust Topping: 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tsp Watkins Clear Vanilla Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature, and whip until light and fluffy with sweetened condensed milk. Beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Slice 2 bananas; line pie shell; add filling. Chill for about 2 hours. Topping: Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. 1 can (14oz/396g) Condensed milk 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 ½ tsp Watkins Pure Cinnamon Extract ½ tsp Watkins Himalayan Salt 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted 1 unbaked pie crust Beat together sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar eggs, extract, and salt. Stir in walnuts. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until sharp knife inserted in center comes out clean, lightly covering entire pie with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting. Serve with whipped cream, 8 servings |
