Potato salad is a classic dish that is perfect for summer picnics, barbecues, or any gathering with friends and family. This versatile dish can be customized to suit your taste preferences, whether you like it creamy, tangy, or loaded with fresh herbs.
One of the best things about potato salad is that it is easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Boil some potatoes until tender, then mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. You can also add hard-boiled eggs, pickles, or bacon for extra flavor.
