1 sheet puff pastry 1 can apple pie filling ½ tsp Watkins cinnamon ¼ tsp Watkins nutmeg cream cheese, divided into 12 Cooking Spray 1 small package (100 grams) chopped pecan Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray and coat the cavities of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide a sheet of puff pastry into 12 sections. Take a piece of dough and press it evenly into the muffin tin cavities. Add the canned apple pie filling to a bowl. Break up the large apple slices into bite size chunks, Then add cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. To each shell add 1 piece of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon apple pie filling and top with 1 tsp crushed pecan. If desired you can pre bake the pastry shells then fill and bake until done. Bake for 17 minutes or until done.

Melt butter and coat the cavities of a muffin tin. Divide a sheet of puff pastry into 12 sections. Take a piece of dough and press it evenly into the muffin tin cavities. Add the canned cranberries to a bowl. Then add cinnamon and cloves. Mix well. To each shell add 1heaping tablespoon goat cheese, 1 tablespoon cranberries and top with 1 tsp crushed walnuts. Bake for 17 minutes or until done. |
