¾ cup sugar ½ cup butter, softened 1 egg 2 - 3 mashed bananas 1 tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla 1 ½ cup flour ½ tsp baking soda 1 teaspoon Watkins Cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Add bananas, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Sift the dry ingredients and add to the wet (first) mixture. Pour into greased muffin tins, fill to ¾ of cup. Bake to 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned
