In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Watkins Organic Ground Cinnamon and Watkins Organic Nutmeg. At a slow speed, slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until combined. Spread the batter into the greased 9 x 13-inch/23 x 33-cm baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°F/180°C. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack before frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, beat butter and cream cheese extract until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar until combined. Add milk to desired consistency. Frost cooled pumpkin bars with frosting, cut and serve. Makes approximately 12 bars.
