Cranberry Pork Chop 6 – 8 pork chops ½ cup flour Watkins Pink Himalayan Salt to taste Watkins Pure Black Pepper to taste 2 Tbsp oil or butter 2 cups cranberries fresh or frozen ¾ cup water ¾ cup sugar ½ cup honey ¼ tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon ¼ tsp Watkins Organic Ground Cloves ¼ tsp Watkins Organic Ground Nutmeg Dredge chops in flour mixture, brown in oil or butter in a skillet. Mix cranberries with remaining ingredients. Place chops in shallow baking dish in a single layer. Top with cranberry mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 1 lb ground beef ¼ cup chopped onions ¼ cup chopped green peppers ⅓ cup chopped celery ¾ tsp Watkins Himalayan Pink salt Watkins Black Pepper 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon Watkins Beef Soup & Gravy Base ½ cup hot water 1 can biscuit or pizza dough Cook meat and vegetables in a skillet until browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper to taste. Mix well. In a separate bowl, dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add flour to hot bouillon and mix very well to dissolve flour. Roll out biscuit dough to 10’ x 14” rectangle. Spread meat on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Slice 1 “ thick. Place slices on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with mushroom sauce. Mushroom Sauce: Stir ½ cup milk into 1 can of condensed mushroom soup. Heat, serve over Hamburger Wheels Makes 6 servings. Tips: Instead of using canned dough, you can use any biscuit recipe / mix that uses 3 cups biscuit mix or flour. PRINT THE RECIPE |
