Eat It By The Handful Popcorn
10 cups air popped popcorn 1 cup salted mixed nuts ¼ cup honey 2 tablespoons orange juice 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 teaspoon grated orange rind ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place popcorn and mixed nuts in in a 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan. In a small saucepan, stir together the honey, orange juice, butter, orange rind, and cinnamon until will mixed. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Drizzle the honey mixture oven the popcorn and nuts. Using a wooden spoon, toss until well mixed. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool completely. To store, place in a tightly covered container. Make 7 cups.

¾ cup sugar ½ cup butter, softened 1 egg 2 - 3 mashed bananas 1 tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla 1 ½ cup flour ½ tsp baking soda 1 teaspoon Watkins Cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Add bananas, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Sift the dry ingredients and add to the wet (first) mixture. Pour into greased muffin tins, fill to ¾ of cup. Bake to 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned |
